Pre and post wedding shoots are an opportunity for you to don that wedding dress and suit one more time with the aim of getting some epic photographs together. You only wear it once – so why not wear it again?
These shoots are different from an engagement shoot as you are wearing wedding attire rather than regular clothes, but they are every bit as fun! I am also completely happy to travel to different parts of the country, or abroad for pre and post wedding shoots. Photographing brides and grooms in epic locations is one of the best ways I can think of spending my time!
Wedding days can go by in a whirlwind. The timeline can often run behind schedule and inevitably this means we end up with less time for bride and groom portraits. I always put the experience of the wedding ahead of the photographs; having a good time is always going to be more important than the photographs.
Would you rather stay with your guests for the entire wedding day? Do you feel nervous about going off for a considerable amount of time for photographs? Will you end up with some serious FOMO? Then a pre or post wedding shoot might be the best thing for you! We can skip bride and groom portraits on the wedding day itself (or maybe just spend 5-10 mins doing them) – and we can get you all dressed up on a different day.
If we do the bride and groom portraits on a separate occasion, we will have the time and space to go to an awesome location for a lovely, relaxing photoshoot – and we will end up with some super epic photos of you both together.
Let’s go somewhere awesome – I am game to go anywhere! Hiking up a mountain in the Peak District? Sure thing! Prancing around the Yorkshire dales? I am there! A quick trip to Barcelona for some photographs in the sun? I’m booking my flight right now…
